Building strong relationships with current and former students that show that I truly care about their future.
Implementing a curriculum that has proven to be successful and taught with fidelity. Giving teachers the proper supports to teach with fidelity a set curriculum.
Incorporating a dual language program into a school.
Being flexible with students, teachers, parents, and self in order to support growth.
Continuing to develop trust with members of the school community I serve.
